At $45.30/ day for resort fee, you expect to have it! Elevators are so slow. Here’s a few others, the internet was horrible!! Continually you were kicked off or just plain couldn’t use it. We then got the room furthest from any activities #24172. I then asked for any complimentary upgrades, she laughed and said nothing complimentary. I then had to justify my reasoning before she would agree to talk to me, otherwise I’d have to go through the machine. I had asked right away to be able to speak to a person. Ebony at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and offered no greeting amongst other things. I’ve got all the Perks to get you free upgrades and rooms.
I’ve stayed here for years!! I’ve also stayed at many other properties on the strip! This time has been the worst hotel experience ever in Vegas! They have really downgraded their rooms. It’s very disappointing to write that Flamingo has officially lost our business.
